For this reason, we are not always personally at the hotel. To make your arrival easy and flexible at any time, we offer two simple check-in options.
Online Check-in on Your Phone
You can check in easily on your smartphone using the link you will receive by email on the day of arrival. The check-in is step by step and easy to follow. After check-in, you can open the hotel and your room with your phone. All important information is available at the hotel.
Check-in at the Hotelomat
You can also check in directly at the Hotelomat at the hotel. Simply enter your reservation number or your last name. You will then receive access to the hotel and a room key card.
You can check in at the Hotelomat without using the online check-in.
Payment is made at check-out.

Mobility Card for Public Transport
Two days before arrival, we will send you a link by email.
Please enter your personal details on your phone.
On the day of arrival, you will receive your mobility card by email. With this card, you can use public transport for free.
